    Job Summary

    The Director – Business Development position is responsible for establishing the sales targets to meet the company objectives. Responsible for developing strategic sales plans based on company goals that will promote sales growth and customer satisfaction for Bosque Disposal Systems, LLC.

    Primary Job Duties

     To be successful, the Director – Business Development must ensure each salesperson secures business with new customers, maintains and realizes growth to assigned accounts.  Must effectively communicate with the Operations team ensuring customer expectations are managed appropriately in order to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, and represent Bosque Disposal Systems, LLC in a professional and ethical manner at all times. 

    • Develop the annual sales plan in support of organization strategy and objectives.
    • Directs implementation and execution of sales policies and practices.
    • Ensures communications are coordinated, supports sales plan objectives, and meets organizational expenditure requirements in conjunction with other department heads.
    • Recommend sales strategies for improvement based on market research and competitor analyses.
    • Implements approved distribution strategies.
    • Manages multiple channel selling strategies.
    • Builds, develops, and manages sales team capable of carrying out needed sales and service initiatives.
    • Bachelor’s degree in business or similar fields and 5-7 years in multi-site supervisory roles in the oil and gas industry OR equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Knowledge of operating water treatment units and/or saltwater disposal operations
    • Intermediate computer experience in MS Excel and Outlook
    • Excellent communications skills and ability to maintain the highest professionalism.
    • Ability to coach and bring out the best in others.
    • Proven record of success in sales.
    • Excellent negotiating, communication, and computer skills
    • Ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external customers
    • Understanding commercial and contract language
    • Technical aptitude
    • Ability to travel to and navigate frac locations (25% - 50% travel) 

    Preferred Competencies / Prerequisites

    • Prior experience in Oil & Gas, Water Treatment or Chemical Industry
    • Prior experience in Completions or Fracking
