About the Opportunity
Broadstaff is seeking a Director of Business Development - Data Center Services on behalf of a leading provider of data center infrastructure, fiber construction, and mission-critical technology deployment services.

This is an opportunity for a highly connected sales leader to drive growth throughout one of the fastest-growing data center regions in the United States. The ideal candidate will possess strong relationships across the hyperscale, cloud, AI, colocation, and mission-critical construction ecosystem and have a proven track record of winning large-scale infrastructure projects.

This role is focused on developing new business opportunities, expanding strategic relationships, and supporting key accounts across Ohio, Indiana, and Pennsylvania.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute business development strategies within the data center and mission-critical infrastructure sectors.
  • Build relationships with hyperscale operators, cloud providers, AI platform organizations, colocation companies, and enterprise customers.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new project opportunities throughout the region.
  • Collaborate with general contractors, electrical contractors, engineering firms, developers, and technology partners.
  • Expand existing customer relationships while developing new strategic accounts.
  • Partner with operations, estimating, program management, and executive leadership teams to create winning solutions.
  • Generate and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurate forecasting.
  • Attend industry events, customer meetings, site visits, and networking functions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the sales lifecycle from opportunity identification through project award.
