Job Details

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute business development strategies that generate new third-party construction opportunities throughout Northern California.
Identify, qualify, and pursue potential clients, project, and market sectors aligned with growth objectives.
Partner with operational leaders in both offices to identify market opportunities, develop pursuit strategies, and strengthen local market presence.
Build and maintain a strong network of relationships among owners, developers, commercial real estate professionals, architects, engineers, and industry influencers Northern California
Create and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective opportunities and strategic target accounts.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities and industry trends.
