Dinsmore is seeking a Director of Business Development. Reporting to the Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer, the Director of Business Development manages a high-performing team of business professionals, leads strategic growth initiatives across the firm's departments, practice groups, and industry teams. This role partners closely with firm leadership, attorneys, marketing professionals and the client success team to drive revenue growth, strengthen client relationships, expand market visibility, and support the firm's national business objectives.
The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, executive presence, strong relationship management skills, and deep experience in professional services or legal business development. This individual will help shape and execute firmwide growth strategies while leading high-performing business development initiatives across multiple offices and practices.
