We are supporting a global, privately held engineering company specializing in highly engineered twin-screw and multiphase pump systems, with a strong presence across oil and gas, petrochemical, and industrial markets.They are looking to bring on a Director of Business Development to drive growth across the Americas, with a focus on expanding their footprint across both the US and Latin America.
This role is suited for someone who understands how engineered pump systems are specified and applied in real operating environments. The position sits at the intersection of engineering and commercial, requiring the ability to engage technical stakeholders while driving revenue growth across complex, application-driven systems.
Responsibilities
Lead business development strategy across North and Latin America
Drive revenue growth across multiphase, twin-screw, and complex fluid handling systems
Build relationships with operators, EPCs, and engineering groups involved in process design and facility development
Identify opportunities tied to multiphase flow, boosting, transfer, and production optimization
Position solutions early in the project lifecycle, including FEED and specification stages
Work closely with engineering teams to align technical solutions with client requirements
Support market expansion into Latin America, including client engagement and travel as required
Qualifications
Background in business development or technical sales within pumps, rotating equipment, or fluid systems
Strong understanding of multiphase flow, fluid handling, or process equipment
Experience selling into oil and gas operators, EPCs, or industrial facilities
Ability to engage credibly with engineering and operations stakeholders
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
Track record of closing technical, long-cycle equipment opportunities
