  • Ensure services align with applicable regulatory standards and clinical best practices.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support individualized, person-centered care.
  • Provide clinical guidance and hands-on support during complex behavioral situations.
  • Participate in clinical quality improvement, documentation oversight, and program development.
  • Support intake, discharge, and coordination of clinical services.
  • Partner with senior leadership to strengthen clinical operations and service delivery.
  • Travel to nearby program locations as needed and participate in periodic on-call coverage.

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification or LCSW credential required; BCBA strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting individuals with autism and/or intellectual and developmental disabilities.
  • Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis, behavioral intervention planning, and evidence-based clinical practices.
  • Demonstrated experience supervising, mentoring, or managing clinical professionals.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to balance clinical decision-making with collaborative team leadership.
  • Genuine passion for improving outcomes for individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Ability to work primarily onsite and travel locally as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in residential, community-based, or day habilitation services.
  • Familiarity with New York OPWDD regulations.
  • Experience overseeing multidisciplinary clinical teams.
  • Previous clinical management or program leadership experience.
