QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a closely related behavioral health field.
• Appropriate professional licensure or certification within the candidate's discipline.
• Minimum of five years of professional experience providing behavioral or mental health services.
• Demonstrated experience supervising behavioral health professionals and support personnel.
• Experience with behavioral assessment, intervention planning, crisis response, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Experience working within educational systems
