Working collaboratively with executive leadership, Board members, program leaders, and community partners, the Director of Advancement will cultivate diverse funding sources, strengthen community relationships, increase philanthropic support, and enhance CIFC's visibility throughout the communities it serves. The Director of Advancement is a senior leadership position responsible for developing, implementing, and managing a comprehensive resource development and community engagement strategy that advances the mission of Connecticut Institute For Communities, Inc. The Director of Advancement is a senior leadership position responsible for developing, implementing, and managing a comprehensive resource development and community engagement strategy that advances the mission of Connecticut Institute For Communities, Inc. (CIFC). The Director leads all philanthropic, fundraising, donor stewardship, corporate sponsorship, foundation relations, and advancement activities supporting CIFC’s Federally Qualified Health Center, Education and Housing initiatives and other mission-driven services.
