Director of Accounting

I'm partnered with a mission-driven healthcare organization seeking a Director of Accounting to lead the accounting function across a complex, multi-entity organization.

This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting leader who enjoys improving processes, building teams, and partnering with executive leadership. You'll oversee financial reporting, audits, month-end close, internal controls, and compliance while playing a key role in strengthening the organization's financial operations and supporting future growth.

What they're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree required; CPA and/or Master's preferred
• 5-10+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Healthcare, hospice, home health, or human services experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, audits, internal controls, and regulatory compliance
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing accounting teams
• Advanced Excel skills; Workday experience is a plus
