Director Nursing

HireTeq Solutions is hiring for a Director of Nursing (DON) for one of our Fortune healthcare clients. This role will support the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) in overseeing nursing operations, patient care services, staff management, and clinical excellence across multiple hospital units.

• Support the CNO in managing nursing operations and patient care delivery.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and clinical resource management.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, HIPAA, and healthcare regulations.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives, patient safety, and performance standards.
• Mentor, coach, and develop nursing teams.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
