Responsibilities:- Oversee daily operations and ensure a safe, engaging learning environment.
- Develop and implement educational programs aligned with state standards.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
- Build strong relationships with parents and the local community.
- Monitor and assess student progress, implementing necessary interventions.
- Ensure compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements.
- Manage the center's budget and financial planning.
- Promote a positive, inclusive culture among staff and students.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Education, Child Development, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in early childhood education or administration.
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring educators.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of early childhood education best practices and regulations.
- Ability to manage budgets and financial reports effectively.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to fostering a nurturing environment.
