Primary Responsibilities
Strategically lead Account Managers representing the U.S. Navy and defense portfolio.
Drive growth through expansion on existing platforms, new platform penetration, and competitive displacement initiatives.
Develop account strategies that strengthen customer relationships and uncover future opportunities.
Own sales forecasting, pipeline management, opportunity reviews, and capture planning.
Lead Voice of Customer and market intelligence activities and communicate findings to leadership.
Establish sales objectives, performance expectations, and development plans for all direct reports.
Represent the company with defense customers, primes, shipyards, acquisition organizations, and strategic partners.

Proven experience leading sales organizations in the defense industry.

Education & Experience
Bachelor''s degree in Business, Engineering, STEM, Finance, Economics, or related discipline preferred.
10+ years of progressive defense industry sales, business development, capture, or account management experience.
Demonstrated success developing and executing growth strategies within defense markets.
Experience with U.S. Navy, shipbuilding, maritime, aerospace, or broader defense sectors preferred.
Flow control, engineered products, or industrial manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.

Ability to obtain or maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance
Travel as required to support customer engagement and business growth activities
