The incumbent plays an integral role in coordinating campus-wide training and development on issues related to the veteran and military student population. The Director partners with Development and Alumni Engagement to connect alumni, current and potential donors with OMVA and serve as a development officer under the leadership and guidance of the Development Office, as well as serve as the University administrative liaison and advocate to the Reserve Officer Training Command (ROTC) program.\n \nMinimum Qualifications\n \nEducation: Master's degree is required.\n \nExperience: -Three (3) years of related experience is required. Experience in higher education is preferred. Ensure maintenance and sustainability of Veterans Memorial. - (Essential)\n 25% - As financial manager, seek and oversee operational and VA, foundation and donor funding, ensuring proper fiscal management and appropriate allocation to meet departmental goals as well as compliance with University, state and federal requirement.
