Pay: $87,800 to $140,500
POSITION SUMMARY: The Director of Marketing is responsible for oversight and implementation of all WHS marketing efforts, including but not limited to developing marketing plans for each service line in coordination with service line leaders; ensuring marketing plans are executed; and working with service line leaders to identify new markets and adjusting plans to accommodate those markets. This position is also responsible for maintaining the WHS website and optimizing its ability to attract existing and new customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic
With service line leaders, develop marketing plans to attract new customers and increase existing customer engagement. Marketing plans should make use of all WHS and WSHA marketing vehicles as appropriate, including print, webinars, formal presentations, conferences, email, newsletters, and social media.
Create and oversee WHS' marketing dashboard.
Create and monitor WHS marketing KPIs.
Ensure all marketing-related priorities, objectives, and strategies in the WHS strategic plan are achieved as written.
Ensure messaging across all service lines is consistent and of the highest quality.
Enhance the member perception of WHS and promote its direct and indirect value propositions.
Work with the Senior Director Business Services to create WHS' marketing budget. The Marketing Director is responsible for oversight of the budget and ensuring it's spent to meet WHS' strategic plan priorities, objectives, and strategies.
Incorporate usage of WHS' CRM, Hubspot, in marketing activities in a manner that helps identify potential leads.
Keep WHS service line and member updates and information current in WHS' CRM Hubspot.
Identify new and emerging marketing tools and tactics and evaluate the potential value proposition for WHS.
Oversee the WHS website with the web developer to keep it current and customer focused, and manage all outward facing digital content.
Incorporate WHS' LinkedIn page and other social media to help accomplish goals.
Content Development and Oversight
Oversee development of compelling and appropriate content across various media, maintaining WHS standards and credibility, using service line leaders as an as needed resource for confirmation and verification. As appropriate work with third party vendor(s) to develop and create content consistent with WHS brand/messaging.
Oversee production and distribution of newsletter content to internal and external stakeholders
Oversee or direct the development of internal and external materials and collateral, including PowerPoint presentations, brochures, fact sheets, event promotion, etc.
Oversee and monitor contracts with marketing related service providers and work with the Senior Director of Business Services, and WSHA support staff as necessary.
Perform other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Experience:
Bachelor's Degree required, and seven to nine years related experience and training in communication, marketing, sales or similar field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
