(VRI) is recruiting for a Director of Maintenance/Facilities Operations for a hands-on, site-based leadership role in a specialty acute care hospital located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex (Central/South region). This role is best suited for a strong Facilities Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, or Assistant Director ready to step into a Director-level position within a smaller hospital environment where leadership is visible, decisions are made quickly, and operational impact is immediate. This is a working Director role, focused on daily facilities operations, team leadership, regulatory compliance, safety oversight, and ensuring a safe, reliable, and efficient hospital environment. Director will serve as a key operational leader, partnering closely with hospital leadership while guiding a dedicated team of experienced facilities professionals in a fast-paced clinical setting. The ideal candidate thrives in a hands-on leadership role, enjoys working directly with systems and people, and is motivated by stepping into expanded responsibility within a specialty hospital environment.

Lead day-to-day facilities operations in a smaller, hands-on hospital setting
