The Director of Learning & Career Development will lead the design, development, and delivery of learning experiences that help our people grow and our business succeed. From onboarding and manager excellence to leadership development, workforce capability building, and differentiated talent programs, this leader will shape the learning experiences that support employees throughout their careers at Hasbro.
This is a highly visible role that requires strategic thinking, sound judgment, and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate is a builder who can create a roadmap, earn alignment, develop a team, roll up their sleeves, and bring programs to life. They are equally comfortable facilitating a leadership session, designing a new program, partnering with senior leaders, or leveraging technology and AI to scale impact across a global workforce.
Location and Work Arrangement
Hybrid: This role is based at our Renton, Washington office and follows a hybrid schedule designed to support in-person collaboration. Employees are expected to work onsite on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with the flexibility to work remotely or onsite on Mondays and Fridays.
