What You’ll Do
- Lead all laboratory operations across two locations with 24/7 oversight
- Ensure regulatory excellence (CLIA, CAP, Joint Commission)
- Drive a culture of quality, accountability, and patient safety
- Partner with clinical and administrative leaders to improve service delivery
- Lead strategic initiatives, including technology upgrades and process improvements
- Build, develop, and retain a high-performing, engaged team
- Champion innovation and change management to modernize lab services
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a confident, forward-thinking leader who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Chemistry, Biology, or related field
- MLS(ASCP) or equivalent (or willingness to obtain within agreed timeframe)
- Meets CLIA requirements for General Supervisor and Technical Consultant
- 4+ years of high-complexity testing experience
- 6+ years of lab leadership (supervisory or management)
- Experience in a lab training or teaching environment
