Job Title: Director, K-12, Strategic Account Manager

Location: Remote: Must Reside in PA, MD, NJ, NY, DE, DC with preference for PA

Employment Type: 6 month temporary role

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our client's team in the education sector. In this role, you will contribute to driving growth and achieving sales goals, developing district-level sales strategies, and building strong relationships with key decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year growth strategy for assigned territories.
• Translate regional growth priorities into account strategies for complex districts.
• Build and maintain account management planning processes and business reviews.
• Lead executive-level planning engagements and advisory sessions.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of progressive experience in strategic sales, business development, or partnership management.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding growth targets across complex portfolios.
• Experience using Salesforce and managing pipeline.
• Strong operational discipline and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Must reside in PA, MD, NJ, NY, DE, DC with preference for PA.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in education technology, K-12 solutions, or related sectors.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
