- Lead and manage a team of dedicated employees
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Oversee daily operations and maintain high standards
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
- Implement and ensure system execution
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership or management role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for delivering delicious food and exceptional service
- Open availability 40+ hours
- Can effectively lead, manage and develop people
- Uses time wisely
