Job Description:Cotality is seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Director, Inside Sales - Insurance Solutions to lead and scale a high-performing inside sales organization focused on driving growth across our insurance client portfolio. This executive sales leader will be responsible for developing and executing revenue-generating strategies, optimizing sales performance, building exceptional talent, and fostering a culture of accountability and customer-centricity.
The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of leading large-scale sales organizations, accelerating revenue growth, and partnering cross-functionally to deliver measurable business outcomes within the insurance and technology solutions landscape.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the inside sales organization, directly leading groups of sales representatives and subordinate managers.
- Establish comprehensive goals for the department and determine strategies to meet and exceed revenue and pipeline targets.
- Focus on increasing revenue through measuring, directing, and motivating sales team members across the organization.
- Develop and implement corporate policies, procedures, and performance standards for the inside sales function.
- Collaborate with executive sales leadership to align inside sales strategies with overarching corporate revenue objectives.
- Administer departmental budgets, allocate resources, and oversee the financial performance of the inside sales unit.
- Select, develop, and evaluate senior personnel to ensure the highly efficient operation of the function.

Job Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, including significant experience leading Inside Sales teams.
- 5+ years of people leadership experience managing managers and large-scale sales organizations.
- Demonstrated success developing and executing sales strategies that drive substantial revenue growth and pipeline expansion.
- Experience leading teams supporting the insurance, technology, data, analytics, SaaS, or related industries.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen with experience forecasting revenue performance and managing departmental budgets.
- Exceptional executive presence with outstanding communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment across complex organizations.
- Experience leveraging CRM, sales analytics, and performance management tools to improve business outcomes.
