This position is a hybrid role in the state of Colorado.
Summary:
The Director of Affiliate Services provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for the organization''s Affiliate Community Connect Program. This role is responsible for building strong partner relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery, coordinating multidisciplinary support teams, and advancing Affiliate growth and satisfaction. The Director serves as the primary executive liaison between Affiliates and internal UCHealth business, clinical, and technology teams, ensuring Affiliates receive high-value services that align with organizational goals while supporting long-term partnership success.
Responsibilities:
Develops and implements departmental goals, plans and standards consistent with the administrative, legal and ethical requirements/objectives of the organization.
Directs and evaluates departmental operations, including information technologies, service level determination, and complaint management, to achieve performance and quality control objectives.
Plans and monitors staffing activities, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions and continuing education initiatives.
Prepares, monitors, and evaluates departmental budgets, and ensures that the department operates in compliance with allocated funding. Coordinates and directs internal/external audits.Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
