    Job Summary
    We are seeking a Director of IT and Professional Services to join our team. In this role, you will manage and oversee multiple government contracts, subject matter experts and technical personnel who provide direct information technology and professional services assistance to Government clients. This person should have strong talent for program/project coordination, financial management, Contractual deliverables, special government projects, delegation, and proven ability to strategize and implement high-level program initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities
    •    Serves as the primary point of contact for all assigned contractual, financial, administrative, and performance matters to the government and ATG leadership.
    •    Support overall leadership, resource planning, and coordination to ensure deliverables and timelines are met.
    •    Supervised assigned task/site leads.
    •    Support budget planning, funding and execution.
    •    Support project milestones and deliverable tracking.  
    •    Support Coordination efforts across government personnel, contractors, and vendors
    •    Interfaces with the Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) to resolve any issues and report status.
    •    Ensure compliance with DoD and government customer policies, regulations and frameworks

    Qualifications
    Required:

    •    Active TS
    •    Bachelor's degree or higher
    •    10 years of professional experience in program/project management
    •    Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
    •    Experience managing programs or projects supporting cyber, IT, communications, or defense systems
    •    Willingness to travel to visit project locations at least quarterly/semiannually.
    •    Must be a US citizen

    Desired:
    •    Experience supporting a client with disperse workforce in a variety of locations

    •    Normal Office Environment. Requires Sitting, Standing, Near Acuity, Speaking with colleagues and customers, Listening, Sight, Use of hands/fingers.
