Position Purpose
The Director of Strategic Enrollment builds, deploys, manages, supports, and monitors enrollment programs and systems. Accelerates and streamlines enrollment procedures, simplifying the process and increasing access to educational opportunities for families.

Minimum Required Qualifications
Education:
Master's degree from an accredited college or university required;
Major in Educational Leadership, Curriculum and Instruction, or Research and Data Analytics preferred.
Certification/License:
Valid Texas Teaching Certification, Texas Mid-Management or Principal Certification, Project Management Certificate, Data Analytics Certificate; or related credential preferred.
Experience:
5 years progressively responsible experience in district strategy, school improvement, project management, or campus leadership required.
