The Director, Human Resources serves as the senior HR leader for Bausch + Lombs Greenville, South Carolina manufacturing facility and the Lynchburg, VA distribution center. Reporting to the Vice President, Human Resources - Global Product Supply, this role partners closely with site leadership teams to develop and execute people strategies that support operational excellence, colleague engagement, talent development, quality, safety, and business performance.
As a key member of the Greenville and Lynchburg leadership teams, the HR Director leads all aspects of the employee lifecycle and provides both strategic and hands-on HR leadership in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The role partners closely with HR Centers of Excellence-including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Employee Relations, and HR Administration-to develop and execute integrated people strategies that support business objectives, drive workforce effectiveness, and enhance our colleagues' experience. The HR Director also ensures compliance with employment laws and company policies while fostering a culture aligned with Bausch + Lombs commitment to quality, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
