    Title: Director, Human Resources

     

    Location:  Radnor, PA

     

    The Director, Human Resources is a proactive, hands-on leader responsible for providing both strategic direction and operational oversight across all core HR functions. This role requires demonstrated success in independently managing complex employee relations matters, full-cycle talent acquisition, talent management, and the administration of HR programs through a Professional Employer Organization (PEO), including benefits, payroll, and HRIS management. Serving as a trusted advisor and business partner to organizational leaders, the Director drives workforce strategies that support business objectives, ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

    As a dynamic and resourceful professional, we will rely on you to perform the following duties:

    • Act as a primary HR advisor and build strong relationships with client group(s) to understand business needs and influence outcomes through effective HR plans.
    • Manage and drive the performance management programs, including the annual MBO cycle, mid-year and year-end performance reviews, and development of performance improvement plans to drive accountability and employee growth.
    • Lead the resolution of complex employee relations matters by conducting thorough investigations, assessing risk, and providing strategic guidance and coaching to leaders on corrective actions, performance management, and employee outcomes.
    • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process for designated client group(s), partnering with hiring teams to optimize candidate experience, refine sourcing strategies, and streamline the hiring-to-onboarding pipeline.
    • Drive HR operational efficiency by overseeing HRIS governance, payroll, benefits, and data analytics to improve efficiency, data integrity, and employee experience.
    • Ensure robust compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Mitigate organizational risk by overseeing leave administration, accommodations, and workforce compliance policies.
    • Oversee salary structures, job descriptions, and jobs align with market trends, internal equity, and business objectives.
    • Design, implement and facilitate targeted learning and development initiative to build organizational capabilities and support employee growth.
    • Manage vendor and PEO partnerships, promoting fiscal responsibility, optimizing costs, and ensuring operational effectiveness, compliance, and alignment with organizational objectives.
    • Build and lead a high-performing team through effective recruitment, development, and performance management.
    • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, trust, and collaboration.
    • Model and uphold the highest standards of ethics and professionalism growth.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

     Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:

     

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
    • SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or similar professional certification preferred
    • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant experience in leadership, managerial, or senior HR Business Partner role.
    • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and the ability to translate business needs into HR strategy.
    • Strong background in handling complex employee relations matters. 
    • Expert knowledge of employment law, HR principles, and best practices.
    • Demonstrated ability to identify operational bottlenecks, redesign HR workflows utilizing modern digital tools, and foster a culture of continuous innovation to elevate the overall employee experience.
    • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills to oversee complex HR data and maintain meticulous record keeping.
    • Proven proficiency leading projects to seamlessly plan, resource, and execute mid-to-long-term HR roadmaps on time and within budget constraints.
    • Experience leading compensation, benefits, and talent programs.
    • Proven experience championing major, company-wide HR initiatives such as systems integration and HR process improvements.
    • Proven ability to lead, coach, and influence across all levels.
    • Tech-savvy with proficiency in HRIS/ATS systems and MS Office.
    • Financial services or title insurance industry experience is a plus.
    • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple high-priority initiatives.
