Are you an experienced Human Resources leader ready to make an impact at one of the region's leading health systems?

Sarasota Memorial Health Care System is hiring a Director of HRIS and Technology!

We're looking for a strategic, forward-thinking leader who can bring together people, technology, data, and process improvement to help shape the future of our HR operations.

In this role, you'll provide leadership across:

HR Information Systems (HRIS)

HR Reporting & Analytics

Time & Attendance

Data Integrations & Interfaces

HR System Implementations

Strategic HR Projects

Change Management & Organizational Transformation

What we're looking for:

7-10 years of professional Human Resources experience

5+ years of HR management experience

Master's degree in HR, Business/Public Administration, IT, or a related field*

HR technology and systems experience preferred

Change management experience preferred

Healthcare experience preferred
