We are seeking a Director of Hospital Facility Operations to oversee the maintenance, safety and efficiency of our hospital facilities in Chillicothe, Ohio.

What you'll do

• Lead facility operations, maintenance and safety
• Manage budgets, vendors and contractors
• Ensure compliance with healthcare facility regulations
• Oversee capital projects and infrastructure
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programmes
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams

What we're looking for
Essential

• 7+ years of facilities management experience, preferably in healthcare
• Strong knowledge of building systems and safety codes
• Proven leadership and budget management skills
• Based in or willing to relocate to Chillicothe, Ohio

Nice to have

• CHFM certification
• Experience with hospital infrastructure projects
