Position Summary
Dhaka Technologies Limited Company is hiring for the Director, Health - North America role on behalf of its client, a global consumer goods and adhesive technologies manufacturer. The Director develops Health North America management strategies, policies and practices in collaboration with Safety, Health & Environment, HR and Legal, and leads health and wellness programs across the region. Relocation assistance is available.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Health and Wellness across North America in line with local regulations and corporate standards and policies.
  
• Oversee programs in Occupational Health & Medicine, Medical Response, Travel Health, Pandemic Preparedness, Employee Wellness, Mental Health, Health Promotion and Hygiene.
  
• Oversee health management providers and agreements.
  
• Provide technical advice on medical insurance and drive initiatives for employee health and well-being.
  
• Consult on and assess health across all administrative, R&D and production sites within the region.
  
• Represent Health North America in regional leadership meetings and cross-regional governance.
  

Required Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner, Medical Doctor, Physician Assistant, or a master's degree.
  
• 10 years of relevant healthcare experience.
  
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
  

Compensation: Base salary of $160,000 to $200,000 plus annual performance bonus; benefits from day one, 401(k) matching, employee share plan, student loan reimbursement and 12-week parental leave; relocation assistance available.
