Director Head of Global Private Equity

Private equity is a strategic growth channel for Sage. PE firms increasingly shape finance, accounting and ERP decisions across their portfolio companies. The Director, Head of Global Private Equity leads Sage's PE go-to-market motion - using PE sponsors as a channel to sell into, retain and expand their portfolio companies - and owns the North America PE team, strategy, sponsor relationships, pipeline and programmes. The role also provides craft leadership to PE teams in other regions, including UK and Ireland, so Sage runs a consistent PE motion everywhere.

In this role, you will act as the 'quarterback' across Sales, Channel, Marketing, Product, Delivery, Customer Success, RevOps and strategic partners (including AWS and Marketplace Partner Program ISVs) to make Sage the preferred finance and accounting technology partner for sponsor-backed companies.

This is a Hybrid role based on-site 3 days per week in a North American office.
