The Director, HCP Marketing will lead the development and execution of the US HCP marketing strategy for barzolvolimab in preparation for Celldex's first commercial launch. This role is responsible for defining the HCP journey, understanding key behavioral drivers, and building HCP engagement and activation strategies to deliver a highly successful launch.
Reporting directly into the Vice President of Marketing and Commercial Operations, this individual will work cross-functionally with Patient Marketing, Insights & Analytics, Sales, Market Access, Medical Affairs, and external agency partners to ensure the HCP perspective is embedded across all launch efforts. The ideal candidate brings strong strategic thinking, a desire to build organizational marketing capabilities, and depth of expertise in marketing Immunology and Inflammation therapies.

Compensation
The expected base salary range for this position is $ 176,659 to $ 229,427.We are committed to compensating employees equitably based on several factors including experience, education, licensure/certifications, skill level, location of the position, and availability of similar talent in a competitive market.
Compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary bonus, long term incentive, 401(K) plan with employer contribution, health care and other insurance benefits (for employee and family), paid holidays, vacation, and sick days.
