The Team
We are seeking a Director, Payable Solutions to join American Tower's Global Business Services ("GBS") Payables organization. The Director acts as the global delivery lead and oversees the end-to-end delivery of the organization's services across all geographies, ensuring consistent quality, operational efficiency, and alignment with global standards. The Director is a key link between process strategy and day-to-day delivery, collaborating heavily with the global process owner and upstream Supply Chain and Property team employees to translate process design and standards into executable workflows and effective service delivery .
