This position reports to the Senior Executive Director and manages the gift planning program, securing deferred gifts and complex assets generating over $100 million annually.
It ensures legal compliance, oversees estate and trust administration, maintains detailed records, and manages gift acceptance policies.
The role supervises staff, collaborates on process improvements, and supports fundraising efforts involving complex assets.
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, 8+ years of relevant experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and high confidentiality.
Preferred qualifications are advanced degrees or certifications, experience in higher education fundraising, estate planning, or trust management, and familiarity with relevant technology tools.
