This role is responsible for delivering high-quality, nutritious meals and overseeing clinical nutrition care in compliance with dietary standards, food safety regulations, and accreditation requirements. Youll manage food production, patient meal services, and catering while driving departmental efficiency, quality improvement, and staff performance to support outstanding patient care and satisfaction. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors degree in a related field. Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification and a high school diploma may be accepted in lieu of a Bachelors degree. Minimum 5 years of Food Services Management experience in a healthcare setting. Strong knowledge of food preparation, storage, and handling techniques.
