The Director oversees financial reporting accuracy, enhances control processes, and drives continuous improvement initiatives.     Join a dedicated Central Finance team that leads enterprise-wide financial forecasting, planning, and analysis to support strategic decision-making across the company. This team collaborates closely with cross-functional partners to develop financial models, manage risk controls, and enhance reporting transparency.     What you'll do:

    • Lead long-term financial forecasting and planning by collaborating with departments to align financial targets with corporate goals and assess associated risks.
    • Partner with senior management to analyze business performance, identify gaps, and provide insights on budget processes and retail trends.
    • Manage control structures to mitigate financial misstatement risks and enhance transparency in financial reporting systems.
    • Develop complex financial models and prepare presentations to support strategic business decisions and communicate forecasts.
    • Oversee global financial consolidation, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies with teams.
    • Drive business strategy by analyzing costs, forecasts, and operational processes to identify improvement opportunities.
    • Support talent development and succession planning to maintain a skilled workforce.


    What you'll bring:

    • Extensive experience in financial planning, analysis, and management, including developing and communicating long-term financial strategies.
    • Proven ability to create complex financial models and forecasts to support strategic business decisions.
    • Strong expertise in budgeting, variance analysis, and financial reporting with a focus on accuracy and transparency.
    • Demonstrated skill in risk assessment and mitigation within financial control structures.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align financial goals with corporate objectives.
    • Leadership experience in talent development, mentoring, and fostering high-performing teams.

    Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 5 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or relevant area OR 7 years’ experience
    i n accounting, finance, or related area.
    2 years’ supervisory experience.
    2 years’ experience leading and completing cross-functional projects.
