Job Details
§ Ensure the execution and implementation of the overall strategy and vision for staffing, recruiting, internal development, performance management, and employee engagement.
§ Responsible for all human resources responsibilities of direct and indirect reports (e.g. hiring, coaching, training, appraising, etc.).
§ Anticipate talent needs and create strategies that will utilize staff to build a succession plan to meet forecasted field staffing needs.
§ Analyze reports of progress against designated HR metrics and make recommendations on opportunities to increase the retention of key talent.
§ Remain current on trends in the industry and HR field; implementing new ideas to ensure the team is effectively attracting, developing and engaging top talent.
§ Responsible for acting as a consultant to influence clients and colleagues, deliver constructive advice, diagnose and resolve problems and positively influence change.
§ Manage internal and external resources in the administration of staffing, training, and employee relations systems, policies, practices, and budgets.
Knowledge Skills &/or Abilities:
§ Strong knowledge of all relevant employment laws and regulations, including Wage and Hour, FLSA, Title VII, FMLA, ADA, worker's compensation and other DOL regulations

Qualifications
BA in Human Resources, business or a related field required, graduate degree preferred. 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience to include Employee Relations, Training and Recruiting. Strongly prefer extensive HR generalist experience. PHR/SPHR a plus.
