LICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Valid California Class C driver's license and evidence of insurability. Print out of H-6 (good driving record documentation) is required at time of employment.

SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Assistant Superintendent - Business Services, plan, organize, control and direct the activities and operations of the Facilities Planning and Development Department; perform various planning assignments in research, analysis, design and development of school facilities; supervise and evaluate the performance of assigned personnel. JOB REQUIREMENTS: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Any combination equivalent to: • Bachelor's degree in planning, architecture or related field. • Five years increasingly responsible experience in governmental facilities planning including at least two years supervisory experience.
