We're looking for a Director of Executive Communications to shape how MongoDB's leaders communicate and how the world understands MongoDB. You will play a central role in elevating the CEO and senior leadership as influential voices in the AI and data ecosystem. This role combines strategic judgment, hands-on execution, and cross-functional leadership to help shape the companys narrative during a defining phase of growth.You will partner closely with the CEO, senior executives, and leaders across Marketing, Product, Internal Communications, PR, Investor Relations, and Strategic Events.
