Position Responsibilities:
The Safety Director directs, develops, and oversees the general health and safety policies and procedures of the organization, implementing short and long-range strategic safety goals, while identifying EHS concerns and recommending solutions
This role oversees safety and compliance programs and processes, conducting internal safety location audits and inspections to monitor compliance and effectiveness of company pro
You will manage and maintain accident rate statistics while creating and revising new safety programs to maintain safety regulation compliance
In this role you will implement and monitor effectiveness of employee safety training curriculum and conduct formal investigations on all major work-related incidents, issuing a report on the root cause and recommending any suggestions
