Responsibilities/Qualifications Position Overview The Director, Data and Analytics will lead Intrado's enterprise data function, overseeing data governance, master data management, analytics, reporting, and the company's data warehouse platform. Reporting to the SVP of Information Technology, this leader will be responsible for ensuring that enterprise data is accurate, trusted, scalable, and aligned across business systems. This role will lead a team of data engineers and analysts while partnering closely with Finance, Operations, Business Leadership, Legal, Information Security, and Technology teams to establish data standards, improve data quality, and deliver reliable reporting insights that support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with proven leadership skills and experience driving enterprise-wide data governance and transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities Enterprise Data Governance & Master Data Management Lead the development and execution of enterprise data governance strategies, policies, and standards Establish and maintain master data domains, including customer, product, and contract data Partner with business leaders to define data ownership, stewardship responsibilities, and accountability measures Drive data quality initiatives, including data profiling, standardization, de-duplication, and governance controls Chair and facilitate cross-functional data governance councils and working groups Data Architecture, Systems & Integration Define and maintain enterprise systems-of-record standards and data ownership models Partner with application, integration, and business teams to ensure consistent data management across platforms Establish and maintain data lineage, metadata, and governance documentation Ensure enterprise systems and integrations align with approved data standards and architecture Data Warehouse, Analytics & Reporting Own the enterprise data warehouse strategy, roadmap, and operational performance Ensure data is sourced, transformed, and governed according to established standards Develop and maintain trusted, certified reporting and analytics solutions for business stakeholders. Establish enterprise metric definitions and reporting standards in partnership with Finance and business leaders Implement data reconciliation and validation controls to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency Optimize and streamline reporting tools, dashboards, and recurring reporting processes Leadership & Team Development Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of data engineers, analysts, and governance professionals Establish clear prioritization, intake, and delivery processes to balance operational support and strategic initiatives Build organizational capabilities that support both enterprise reporting and customer-facing data solutions Manage vendor relationships, external partners, platform investments, and budget planning Compliance, Security & Risk Management Partner with Information Security, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure adherence to data privacy, regulatory, and contractual requirements Support enterprise data classification, retention, and protection standards Implement operational controls, monitoring, and remediation processes to reduce risk and ensure data integrity Qualifications Required 12+ years of experience in enterprise data, analytics, business intelligence, applications, or related technology functions Significant experience leading and developing teams that include both data engineering and analytics professionals Proven success implementing and operationalizing data governance and master data management programs Experience leading data quality improvement initiatives and establishing sustainable governance controls Strong understanding of integrated enterprise environments, including ERP, CRM, and service management platforms Experience managing enterprise data warehouse environments, reporting platforms, and analytics ecosystems Ability to work effectively with executive leadership while influencing stakeholders across multiple functions Strong communication, change management, and organizational leadership skills Ability to travel about 10% or as needed for the role Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered Preferred Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Azure, Databricks, or similar enterprise platforms Experience in private equity-backed, highly regulated, or reporting-intensive organizations Background in telecommunications, network services, public safety, SaaS, or other complex operational environments Master's degree in a related field Total Rewards Want to love where you work?
