Drive end-to-end execution of energy project financings - modeling, diligence, documentation, and closing, under the direction of the Vice President, Energy Capital Markets. The Director is the execution engine that moves solar and storage transactions from term sheet to funding while supporting the tax-equity overlap that defines CIG’s energy capital strategy.

Build and maintain project-finance models (debt sizing/sculpting, DSCR, tax-equity flips, and sensitivities) for solar and storage financings.

Prepare lender and investor materials, investment-committee memos, and data rooms; manage diligence trackers and Q&A.

Coordinate independent-engineer, insurance, model-audit, and counsel workstreams to satisfy conditions precedent.

Support term-sheet and credit-agreement negotiation; track covenant, reserve, and drawdown mechanics.

Interface with the tax-credit team to incorporate ITC/PTC and transfer proceeds into financings.

Monitor portfolio compliance, reporting, and funding/draw schedules post-close.

Maintain the capital-markets pipeline, lender/investor CRM, and market intelligence.

About us

CIG Companies (Carey International Group) is an Orlando, Florida–based, family-office-backed institutional platform that develops, owns, and finances utility-scale solar and renewable energy, U.S.-based solar-module manufacturing, commercial real estate, and private aviation — with a development pipeline of roughly $3.8–4 billion and a stated goal of delivering 20 GW of solar capacity by 2032. A commercial surety and specialty-insurance division complements these business lines.
