Class Description
CCBC is seeking an accomplished Employee and Labor Relations leader with extensive experience in workplace investigations, conflict resolution, performance management, collective bargaining, contract administration, grievance and arbitration processes, labor-management relations, and employment law. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to advise executive leaders on complex workforce matters in both unionized and non-union environments, with an understanding of the unique operational and regulatory considerations of a large, complex organization.
Minimum Requirements
Master's degree in human resources or related field and seven (7) years of recent experience in Employee Relations, including a minimum of three (3) years of staff supervision and related experience in Human Resources Management and Labor Relations. Demonstrated experience investigating and adjudicating Title VII, Title IX, and ADA-related complaints and issues required. Demonstrated knowledge of all federal and state laws and regulations regarding Employee Relations, EEO/AAP, and record maintenance and retention is required. Experience working with labor unions and current PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP is preferred.
