    Job Type: Full-time | Days
    Schedule: Exempt, Days, Monday-Friday
    A ED Director who excels in this role:
    • Responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the Emergency Department.
    • Manages staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction, and conflict management. Performs and oversees scheduling, staff development, recruitment, payroll, and student engagements.
    • Monitors departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts, and vendor relations. Determines and justifies needs for systems/equipment/supplies purchases, monitors usage, and oversees proper working order and/or stock supplies.
    • Creates and fosters an environment that encourages professional growth.
    • Integrates evidence-based practices into operations and clinical protocols.

    What we're looking for
    Applicants should have a current Arizona or Compact State RN license with Arizona endorsement and possess a Bachelor of Science (BSN) from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:
    • Education: Master's degree (nursing or relevant field) preferred
    • Certifications: BCLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and Handle with Care. Current Arizona RN license or Compact RN License with Arizona endorsement…
    • Experience: Emergency Department nursing and proven leadership experience in the Emergency Department required.
