The Opportunity

This role combines technical underwriting expertise, people leadership, and business development. The Director will oversee a team of underwriters and underwriting assistants.

While maintaining a small personal book of business, the primary focus of this role is leading the underwriting team, developing regional marketing strategies, strengthening wholesale broker partnerships, and driving underwriting profitability.
