Remote role supporting East Coast hours with up to 30% travel. Candidates must live within 1.5 hours of a major airport in GA, MD, DC, VA, NY, NJ, PA, DE, IL, IN, or TX and excel in a collaborative, client-focused environment.

About the job

Lead the design and execution of innovative digital marketing and content strategies that elevate brand presence and drive measurable business growth. You'll collaborate across teams to deliver seamless digital experiences, harness data-driven insights, and optimize platforms to engage target audiences and generate quality leads.

Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Progression within Career Band reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities. Accountable for business, functional or operational areas, processes or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management.

Pay Range: $115940 - $180070

Incentive Eligibility: Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary

Proven leadership experience developing high-performing teams, driving cross-functional collaboration, aligning product strategy with client needs, leading stakeholder engagement, and delivering successful go-to-market initiatives with clear communication

• Skillset to develop and present innovative digital marketing solutions that drive engagement and business growth.
• Skills in building and maintaining strategic relationships across internal teams and external partners to ensure collaborative success.
• Expertise in managing digital assets and leveraging analytics to inform data-driven decision making and optimize campaign performance.
• Demonstrated experience in planning and executing complex digital projects on time and within scope, with a focus on client and customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills to clearly convey strategies, insights, and results to diverse audiences and stakeholders.
