Primary Responsibilities

  • Oversee multiple analytics delivery teams, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of analytics solutions from requirements gathering through deployment and adoption.
  • Coordinate integration efforts across SAP, IFS, BAAN, and Quipware systems to enable comprehensive analytics.
  • Lead development and deployment of Power BI reports and dashboards that deliver actionable insights.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs and metrics to measure delivery performance and business value.
  • Provide technical direction for Azure-based data platform, ensuring architecture supports scalability, security, and performance requirements.
  • Oversee data integration, transformation, and quality processes across source systems.
  • Guide the selection and implementation of analytics tools, technologies, and methodologies.
  • Ensure solutions adhere to data security, privacy, and compliance requirements.
  • Champion modern data engineering and analytics practices including automation and DevOps principles.
  • Build, develop, and retain high-performing analytics delivery teams including data engineers, analysts, and visualization specialists.
  • Manage resource allocation and capacity planning across multiple initiatives.
  • Conduct performance management and career development for direct reports.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for business leaders regarding analytics delivery initiatives.
  • Present analytics roadmaps, progress updates, and business value to executive leadership.
  • Define and execute data and analytics delivery strategy aligned with business objectives and organizational priorities.
  • Lead design and implementation of scalable analytics solutions across multiple business functions.
  • Establish governance frameworks, standards, and best practices for analytics delivery and data management.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Finance, Statistics or related field, with at least 8 years of related experience

  • Non-degree considered if 12+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED

  • Occassional travel (0-5%)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Data and Analytics solution management and delivery for manufacturing / services organization and in manufacturing operations including supply chain, production planning, and quality management.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing analytics including customer segmentation, campaign analysis, and revenue forecasting.
  • Experience implementing self-service analytics capabilities and promoting data literacy. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies for analytics delivery.
  • Understanding of advanced analytics techniques including predictive modeling and machine learning.
  • Experience with Quipware or similar MES/quality management systems.

This is an on-site position at our New Bremen, OH location. Relocation assistance available.
