Our goal is to prepare students for the demands of tomorrow's economy, providing them with the opportunity for a choice-filled life.Position SummaryThe Director, Curriculum Developer, Special Curriculum Projects designs, writes, and produces high-quality student- and teacher-facing curriculum materials that advance 3DE's instructional model, case methodology, and network-wide implementation priorities. With a particular focus on special curriculum projects, research and development, and digital production, this role converts instructional concepts, research, and subject matter expertise into polished, engaging, classroom-ready resources that can scale across 3DE's growing network of high schools.Working closely with content development, publishing, operations, instructional designers, subject matter experts, and field teams, the Curriculum Developer ensures materials are instructionally aligned, accessible, practical for educators and students, and consistent with 3DE's established curriculum frameworks, brand, style, and instructional design standards. The role balances creativity and innovation with fidelity to established frameworks and implementation realities, incorporating research, stakeholder feedback, and field insights to continuously strengthen curriculum products and the student and teacher experience.Success in this role requires strong curriculum writing and instructional design skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams while independently managing multiple deliverables, feedback cycles, and evolving project needs.
