    Employment Type: 3-Month Full-Time Contract (Potential for Full-Time Conversion)


    Our client is seeking a Senior Creative Production Leader to oversee catalog and print production while leading a team of Production Designers. This role requires a hands-on production expert with deep knowledge of InDesign, prepress, and print workflows, along with the ability to mentor teams, solve complex challenges, and ensure the highest standards of quality and execution.


    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

    Lead and mentor a team of Production Designers, providing guidance, support, and feedback to foster a collaborative environment

    Oversee catalog and print production workflows, timelines, priorities, and final deliverables

    Serve as a senior production expert, troubleshooting challenges, reviewing files, and ensuring accuracy before print delivery

    Partner with Creative, Design, Copy, Merchandising, Project Management, and external vendors to execute projects seamlessly

    Identify process improvements and create efficiencies across production workflows

    Maintain strong brand standards and ensure consistent, high-quality creative execution


    OUR REQUIREMENTS

    7+ years of experience in creative production, editorial production, print production, or a related field

    Experience leading or mentoring creative production teams

    Expert proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Adobe Creative Suite

    Strong understanding of print production, prepress, file preparation, and vendor workflows

    Experience managing high-volume catalog, editorial, or large-scale print projects

    Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities

    Strong communication and collaboration skills across creative and cross-functional teams

    Comfortable balancing strategic oversight with hands-on production support

    Experience in luxury retail, hospitality, editorial, publishing, or premium creative environments preferred

    Bachelor’s degree required
