Director, Corporate Systems

This leader will partner with senior stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success & Service, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Technology and IT. Reporting to the Senior Director, Corporate Systems, you’ll partner in designing and governing the systems and architecture supporting end-to-end business processes across Lead-to-Cash lifecycles, other customer facing platforms.

In This Role, You Will::

Strategic Ownership

  • Define and drive the CRM platform vision and roadmap aligned to long-term enterprise objectives.
  • Establish scalable architecture and processes across Salesforce Clouds, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, Salesforce Ecosystem & Platform Integrations.
  • Build and manage a roadmap that supports modern, intelligent CRM capabilities—enabling Agentic & Generative AI, guided selling, and customer 360° visibility.

End-to-End Process Enablement

  • Architect and optimize Lead-to-Cash Lifecyle,  and other customer facing platforms workflows in partnership with all business functions.
  • Oversee CRM integration with broader platforms including:
    • Marketing Automation and Account Intelligence
    • Sales Enablement and Learning Management
    • Professional Services Automations
    • Customer Support & Engagement Platforms
    • Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and eSignature
    • Financial Systems & Data Engineering/Business Intelligence Technologies

AI, Data & Intelligence Layer

  • Champion the adoption of Salesforce Einstein 1, Agentforce, and Salesforce Data Cloud to unlock intelligent automation and next-best-action capabilities.
  • Lead the design of robust data architecture supporting clean, connected, and governed data across the GTM ecosystem.
  • Partner with Data Engineering and business teams to drive optimal use cases of Agentic and Generative AI with the right User journey and augmentation.

Global Team & Execution Leadership

  • Lead and scale a high-performing global team (India & US) focused on Salesforce agile development, DevOps, solution architecture, product management and business alignment.
  • Drive platform reliability, scalability, and delivery excellence using modern SDLC, CI/CD, and test automation.
  • Maintain a balanced team model of FTEs, contractors, and system integrators.

Governance, M&A & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Establish governance frameworks to prioritize and manage CRM programs and enhancements.
  • Drive stakeholder alignment and executive reporting for platform initiatives and business impact.
  • Lead CRM system integration and data migration efforts during M&A activities, ensuring minimal disruption and future scalability.
Here's What You Need::

Here's What You Need:

 

  • 12+ years of experience in CRM, enterprise systems, or digital transformation, including 10+ years in Salesforce platform leadership.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture and connected GTM systems (PSA/ERP, CLM, Support, Enablement).
  • Strong knowledge of data modeling, AI platforms (Einstein 1, Agentforce), and CRM analytics.
  • Experience supporting complex Lead-to-Cash processes at scale.
  • Proven track record managing large global teams and delivering enterprise-grade transformation programs.
  • Executive presence, excellent communication, and strong stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Experience with M&A system integration is highly desirable.
