The position requires strong expertise in government contracting regulations (FAR, DFARS, SCA) and the ability to guide complex contractual relationships and negotiations. Hybrid Role Will need to be in the DMV area

About the job

Take charge of managing and negotiating a diverse portfolio of business contracts, ensuring all agreements align with company policies and legal standards. This role involves careful analysis, risk mitigation, and fostering collaborative relationships to uphold contractual commitments and drive operational success.

The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range: $139145 - $180070

Incentive Eligibility: Eligible to participate in Sodexo"s incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary

Requirements

  • Education Requirement: Bachelor"s degree or equivalent experience
  • Management Experience: 3 years
  • Related Experience: 3 years
