Position Description:
Join CGI as a Director Consulting Services leader focused on accelerating growth across the New Jersey public sector. This is an entrepreneurial, high impact opportunity for a proven government technology business leader who knows how to turn agency priorities into qualified opportunities, shape complex pursuits, build winning teams, and grow long term client relationships.
The ideal candidate brings deep New Jersey government experience and a strong network of executive, business, technology, procurement, and partner relationships. This leader will operate across the full business development and pursuit lifecycle - from early opportunity identification and market shaping through RFI/RFQ/RFP development, capture, solution strategy, pricing, proposal, orals, negotiation, award, and transition into delivery.
This role is designed for someone who enjoys developing complex deals, creating strategic partnerships, and bringing together consulting, technology, delivery, and external alliance partners to develop differentiated solutions.
